Very straightforward booking process and quick availability. They called after the appointment was made online to confirm the type of car and services requested. Upfront pricing and honest assessment of any area they may not be able to clean perfectly. They come to you with everything they need.

The entire procedure, starting with the appointment, was smooth and handled very professionally. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Torcel for the incredible job cleaning my moldy car. He was extremely detailed, attentive, and thorough. The car looks and smells so much better now. You can tell he really cares about his work. I really appreciate the effort and highly recommend this team!🙏🏻

First interaction I had with Tom was over the phone and he was honest, straight forward, and ethical. Kevin who detailed my car did a phenomenal job! I’m glad I did my research because I found the best deal in LA. The prices are very reasonable, and I would highly recommend.

I didn’t do the walk through my boyfriend did but there were many spots that weren’t cleaned ex. A console compartment that needed to be opened and was left dirty with debris and some areas on the exterior. He tried his hardest at removing interior stains on leather and I appreciate that! However it’s really hard to look past all the finger print marks, and all the dirt left behind after spending money on an interior and exterior package. As well there is still a lingering scent. Usually I am used to previous detailings in Canada having a fresh scent from cleaning products afterwards but it still smells the EXACT same. I don’t know if this was this man’s first time at the job so for that I will give 2 stars but I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

My Whip Looks Like it Came Straight Off the Showroom Floor--Thank you Detail Smart! Hey! If you drive a black car, Detail Smart is the ONLY mobile carwash and detail service you should be using! I only purchase black vehicles, so I'm selective about the company that washes and details my most recent black SUV. Trust me, I've kissed a lot of toads before finding the best-of-the-best mobile carwash and detail service in Los Angeles--Detail Smart--and I don't think I will ever want to use another service again...and you won't want to either. Kevin, my Detail Smart technician, hit the ball out of the park for me! He exceeded all of my expectations. And my whip looked like it did sitting on the showroom floor.
